You are agreeing to a license agreement when you purchase the tracks. The basics of the agreement are:
Tracks with the icon loop seamlessly from the ending of the track back to the beginning. They are ideal for background music that can play infinitely without any breaks or pauses. For this reason, the website media player plays the track twice to give the listener a chance to hear the full loop in action. The actual download files only play once through and require the user to loop the track in their game engine or respective media software. Be aware that media players such as Windows Media Player or iTunes will have a short hiccup at the end -> beginning loop when playing on repeat because they are not designed to loop seamlessly. Your game engine, however, should have no issues with this.
Quest Harmonics offers MP3, WAV, and OGG files. The MP3 files are ideal for when smaller file sizes are necessary or to preview the tracks. However, because of their encoding they cannot be looped seamlessly without hearing an audible hiccup at the loop seam. The WAV files are the highest quality files offered and loop seamlessly, but take up considerably more hard disk space. OGG files are a compressed format that are popular for video game engines and loop seamlessly.
